LA Opera: Candide

Kelsey Grammer and Christine Ebersole star in LA Opera’s “Candide” playing at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion January 27th-February 18th. Leonard Bernstein takes audiences on a whirlwind tour of human folly and foolishness. Brimming with innocence, “Candide” is certain that he lives in the best of all possible worlds. However, an unrelenting series of ridiculously unfortunate events makes him question everything he has been taught. LA Opera’s company celebrates the centenary of composer Leonard Bernstein, whose brilliant score features the exuberant overture, “Glitter and Be Gay” and “Make Our Garden Grow”. GOLD METROPOLITAN MEDIA is honored to work with the LA Opera to produce and install numerous City Light Pole Banners for the “Candide” production.
