The “Chronicle Season of Sharing Fund” provides temporary assistance to people living in the Bay Area. The “Fund” offers grants to help families in crisis in many ways by paying rent, covering a security deposit, buying a wheelchair or other medical equipment they could not otherwise afford. In addition, the “Fund” supports food banks, helping individuals and families who would otherwise go hungry.
